If you would like to return an item, you can do so within 14 days after the shipping date of your order. Please use the enclosed return form or our returns portal.

The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. These costs are:
- € 5.00 for customers from Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany
- € 7.50 for customers from France, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, Finland, Portugal, and Sweden
