Do you want to return an order?
If you want to return an item from one of the countries listed below, you can do so directly via the returns portal. If you are shipping from another country, you will need to arrange proper shipping yourself.
The costs for returning via our returns portal will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. These costs are:

€ 7.50 for customers from:
- Denmark

- Luxembourg
